29Rooms by Refinery29

How do you celebrate your 10 year anniversary as one of the GO TO fashion, style and beauty sites?  If you are Refinery29 you throw a weekend long warehouse party/art installation for all of your fans.  

On September 10 Refinery 29 opened 29Rooms with a party hosted by Drew Barrymore, Alexa Chung, and Zoe Kravitz.  They kicked off New York Fashion Week at a warehouse in Brooklyn and offered guests the opportunity to experience total immersion of 29 rooms designed by artists, visionaries, and fashion icons.  The dreamy landscape of each room was an Instagram-ready photo shoot waiting to happen.

29Rooms was open to the public Friday, September 11th and Saturday, September 12th, from 12 – 8 pm.  The lines were long but they gave a fantastic showing of Brooklyn street style and if you managed to get inside you were greeted by lab-coated technicians and welcomed into Refinery 29’s dream world.
